Hi, I’m Lou,
In life I'm Mum to a 10 year old and we live in Cheshire with our bunnies! I'm also a school governor and a trustee for The Neuro Therapy Centre, Chester.
I’ve spent over 20 years helping organisations improve their digital tools and process. And I want to help as many charities as I can.
If you’re juggling big ideas, small teams, and a ton of digital tasks, some days it feels like nothing ever gets finished. That’s where I come in.

The first call
We'll have a chat to find out a little about each other and for me to answer your questions.

Our workshop
A fantastic opportunity to dive deep into your organisation and make plans, accompanied by a workbook.

The creation and build
Based on the workshop, your workbook and my research, I'll create your package or standalone service and we'll set regular meetings for tracking progress.

Content and checks
For websites, social and downloads, we'll refine and tweak until we're happy. For planning and systems, we'll test and action during this phase.

Go Live and documents
The big day followed by your reports, any guidelines and steps to complete or continue the project.

Training
We'll spend time on new or adapted systems making sure you are fully trained and confident.
